Do you take custom orders?

I do occasionally take custom orders.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final.

However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me so I can work with you on making it right!

Do you ship outside the USA?

I cannot offer international shipping through my website. If you would like to place an order email me at lostandlocalshop@gmail.com and I will try my best to accommodate.

Please include: your name, shipping address, what items you are interested in.

When will I get my order?

Ready to ship orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Made to order items will ship within the estimated fulfillment time which can be found in the item’s listing. I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

You will receive an email with order confirmation and another email when your order has been shipped. 

Tracking information will be included in the shipment email (please check your spam folder.)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The rate is calculated at checkout, but you will always know the shipping price before you complete your purchase.
